So we need some advice!!!

So my boyfriend last year had Phimosis ( this was before we met). He had to get surgery to fix it, so the nerves are covered by skin and sex doesn’t feel the same he says. He says he can feel it build to 50% but then just can’t get all the way there and it’s been like that since the surgery even with the other girls before me.

So we need advice to see what we can change or if what we can do to try to make it easy and better.
