Just finished my 12th cycle ttc conceive

It's has now officially been a year ttc and AF just came today in full force :( . As sad and hurt as I feel I don't want to give up hope. I guess it's time to go to the dr. I went a couple months ago and they did bloodwork and said I was healthy and all my hormone levels are good. I don't have any of the usual symptoms for pcos or endometriosis. My periods are normal, I eat healthy, and rarely drink acohol. What else should I be looking for ?
