29 weeks help!

So last night I woke up with severe upper abdominal pain like right under my ribs straight across. Ended up going to the hospital and they can’t figure out what’s wrong and why I’m in pain I’m there from 11pm-4am and I leave with no answer but the pain ended up going away on its own. Has anybody else experienced and what happened?! It’s horrible pain and it starting to hurt again today I really don’t wanna go sit in the hospital for 5 hours again for nothing like I did yesterday. They didn’t give me any pain meds or anything I literally sat in the hospital for 5 hours crying, shaking, in pain for nothing. All they did was hook me up to an IV to hydrate me that’s it. It’s constant pain too it doesn’t go away!
