Vaginal pain returned! Please answer!!

I’m 4wPP on Wednesday and I had a vaginal birth with a few 2nd degree tears that required stitching. It hasn’t hurt since last week and now it’s hurting. I’m not bleeding anymore, don’t have any weird discharge, or smell. But it stings when I walk, sit, stand. Also feels really swollen still and like there’s something stuck in there kind of? I have an apt on the 22nd but was wondering if anyone else went through this?
