Baby ran (swam?) away from the doppler!

Today had a prenatal exam. I’m 16 + 2 today. Everything is measuring perfectly (praise God!)

But today, my avocado-sized baby was very uninterested in being disturbed - midwife felt around to check measurements, and then when she placed the doppler on the upper right side of where baby might be, heard the heartbeat very quickly, and then it vanished.

So she searched forever - only to find baby in the lowest left part that they could be in.

Heart rate was beautiful, and right where it’s should be.

My husband said we must be having a cat (we have 3 fur-sons)... 😂😂😂
