Anyone with experience?

My Braxton hicks has increased in the pass few days. I have been havinh period like cramps and the back pain that's associated when you're cramping.

I went to the bathroom earlier and noticed brown discharge. But it was only once (like how you wipe and see brown blood before and sometimes after your period). Hasn't happened again so idk lol.

Ladies any advice? I made a mistake and told my husband and now he won't leave me alone. We are first time parents so I think we might be overreacting...
