Head cold/flu
Idk if I have cold or the flu. My sinuses are swollen. I’m congested and I am coughing and sneezing. I can feel a build up of mucous in the back of my throat but when I try to clear it I start gagging and almost puke.
My list of safe meds from my doctor includes DayQuil/NyQuil. I have also been using Vick’s vapor rub on my chest and feet at night and some cough drops.
Any other safe home remedies?
