Ovulation after early MC?

Hi, I miscarried last month, first pregnancy ever. I bled for about 5 days and I would say I’m roughly on cycle day 11 now. I’m tracking ovulation again and tonight I took an opk and it looks to be like I’m only like a day or two away from a blazing positive. Could it be picking up leftover hcg? I took another pregnancy test as well and no line at all was on it. Is it possible to ovulate again shortly after a miscarriage?

So sorry for your loss. Exact same scenario! First pregnancy, early natural miscarriage, very negative hcg strip tests for the past few days and decided to try OPK today to track ovulation and only a couple days ( if that!) away from my blazing positive and I don’t usually ovulate for another 4 days! Going to take another in the morning to see if it changes.  
I’ve heard that residual HCG can throw off the OPKs ( especially if there’s any bit of positive on a pregnancy test) and I’ve also heard that sometimes your cycle is a little off the first month but it’s actually a real ovulation.
