Sad about how I look and my weight :/
Anymore I just feel gross and so overweight. Obviously I want to do something about this, but I have never been one for healthy eating. I’m a bag girl, so I am constantly bagging groceries and taking people to their car. I take like 20,000 steps every other day. I just don’t have the motivation for anything. I am trying to start drinking a bunch of water, but I usually don’t lose weight like that. Someone please drop some helpful information that could possibly help me out. Anything helps. :)
