BFP 9 weeks after miscarriage?

We lost our baby at 14 weeks, 9 weeks ago. Last week I got a positive pregnancy test and still getting positive tests now (which aren’t getting darker or lighter).

I had bloods done over 4 weeks ago which were 142. Could this positive test be leftover hcg still or could it possibly be a new pregnancy?

I have a doctors appointment tomorrow but just wanting to see what experiences other mums had after their miscarriage. How long after did you get BFP’s for? Did you have a period in between?

Going crazy being in limbo...
