Pill break give acne?

I’m about to finish my first pack of the combined pill. When I first started I had really bad flare up of acne however it went away after two weeks. I’m debating whether to have my 7 day break or whether to do back to back packs
If I take my 7 day break is it likely that I’ll have a flare up of acne? Just like normally you would break out on your actual period?

I know it can be different with everyone, but that happens to me. every time i get an acne flare up and once i start again it goes away. i’m not sure if it’s because of the changing hormones from the placebo pills or because of my period, hope this helps!
