Negative test but late!

My husband and I have been ttc for four months now. I am four days late but all my test are negative. My sister didn’t get a positive with my niece until she was 12 weeks. I have pcos and endometriosis and I’m a little freaked out it’s something other than pregnancy and don’t want to get my hopes up. My periods usually work like clock work and the most I have ever been late is two days. I have a small amount of hope it’s a baby but I just am not sure. The last two weeks I have had tenderness in my breasts I feel sick in the morning and around dinner time. I feel overly full when I try to eat a meal. I had cramps but different from my normal period cramps. I have been having them on and off for about five days. Last night before bed I went to the bathroom and had light pink when I wiped but then no blood after that. Any advice would be great
