Working out while pregnant!?
Okay, so I work out a decent amount. I was 142 a year ago and have lost 24 pounds due to healthy eating and working out. Keep in mind I'm only 5'2. So 142 was overweight for me. Now that I'm pregnant I'm worried I won't be able to work out like I have been and will gain weight like crazy. Can you still run and work out basically normal while pregnant? I'm already on a new diet designed for pregnancy but I don't want to have to stop working out. I've struggled with eating disorders in the past and working out AND eating healthy was the only thing that actually helped.
