Pregnancy After Miscarriage
Hey everyone! I had a miscarriage back in July (conjoined twins) at around 10 weeks. I recently learned that I am pregnant again and I am currently 7 weeks. Some days I have really bad gas pains and I think it’s a miscarriage happening all over. Has anyone experienced this and if so any advice you all could offer? Thanks!
