Just make your own shakes with soy milk. My favorite is 8oz soy milk, frozen banana, peanut butter, apple, flax seeds and cinnamon.
Protein shakes while breastfeeding?
I never thought about it when I was nursing my second bc I wasn’t working out. But now since having baby number 3 five weeks ago my family and I are getting ready to start working out and what not again. So now I’m curious if protein shakes are healthy when nursing?
