Worst news ever...

Today i went for my 11w sonogram and sadly there wasnt nothing in my uterus. They couldnt even see a yolk sac 😔, they did some blood test to check my hormones so I have to do a follow up some time this week. The girl also say that maybe the pregnancy is not in the uterus (i havent had no bleeding or pain at all so i dont really believe that) so i guess i will probably get my period soon or something like that... I am heart broken right now cause it looks like I am not pregnant any more.

Have anybody had an experience like this and everything came out good? I ask cause I have the baby doopler and I can hear something in the same post and I googled it and according to what I found, it could be the placenta but i dont have any hopes right now 😔💔
