5 month screaming for naps/bedtime

We had finally gotten through the 4 month sleep regression and transition to her crib. She was doing so well! Slept through the night or would wake once to eat for about 2 weeks. I was able to set her down awake and she would fall asleep on her own.

Until a few nights ago.. she started waking twice to eat and not sleeping great. And then the past 2 days she is now screaming bloody murder when I try to set her down for sleep. When she does finally sleep she keep waking back up screaming!

I don’t understand what happened?! We were doing so well😩

I have no idea what to do she’s only 5 months .. too early for CIO- not that I want to do that anyways.

I think maybe she’s realizing now that I’m leaving the room?

Any tips?!!
