I'm freaking out!

So I wake up this morning. And I look in the mirror and notice that I don't look as big as I have been. I'm 14 weeks today. Since I found out I was pregnant, I've been terrified that a miscarriage would happen to me. I want this baby so much. Please let me know if you have any advice on this situation! Thank you.
