AF early! Could be due to....

So I've always had my CD of 35+... but august I started taking fertility vitamins and multi vitamins and was having all the pregnancy symptoms after ovulation UT then AF showed on CD 32. (tmi) Was very light pinkish but turned to dark red and got heavy by the 2nd day, cramped really bad as well so I knew that it couldn't be implantation. It stopped by day 3 which I normally have a 4-5 day flow so it's quite confusing and wondering if it was from the vitamins getting my cycle more average or what?? Anyone have any advice?
