Implantation bleeding

Ok so I had sex the day before my fertile window and he came in me and I took plan b. It’s about a week later and I have been having extremely light bleeding for two days. It’s almost not even noticeable unless it’s on toilet paper. Do you think it’s implantation bleeding? I also had bad yeast infection so wondering if that could have caused it.
