I have had sex in the past a couple times by recently every time we have sex I get sore or it feels kind of swollen down there but it feels fine when we have sex just the after part is when I feel more sore and swollen

I wouldn’t necessarily say its normal, but it’s common. Soreness and swelling can be from a lot of reasons, an underlying infection, lack of lube, too rough etc.
