Why is my daughter doing this?

My daughter will be 4 months old on the 20th of this month. She is formula fed and takes a pacifier. For the last 2 nights she has screamed and cried all night long like she is hungry but she won’t take the bottle or the pacifier. She sucks in her fingers but still cries. I have given her gripe water but it doesn’t help anything. She is pooping fine so.... has anyone else been dealing with something similar to this? She looks to be cutting her two bottom teeth in already so I’m not sure if that may have something to do with it. I am one tired momma.
