Keeping calm as symptoms change

Brittany

My first pregnancy ended back in December with a D&C. My baby stopped developing at the end of week 5 and I didn’t find out until week 8. I will be 6 weeks pregnant tomorrow, and I’m just trying to reassure myself that this one is in God’s hands.

I’m experiencing nausea for the first time, and I never thought I’d be so excited for it! However, every time my nausea subsides or my breast tenderness decreases, panic sets in. “OMG, am I miscarrying again?”

How do you keep your cool and stay positive as symptoms come and go?
