What can I take for a sinus cold while bf?

I know I should just call my OB office but my ears are killing me and honestly don’t want to talk to anyone right now anyway. I’ve got soooo much pressure in my head all over so I don’t think it’s a regular cold. I live in Vegas and our weather has been, well, we’ve seen every different kind of weather possible (yes including snow) in the last couple weeks! So after all this winter weather and a little spring weather starting to come through, I think my sinuses are flipping out. Does anyone know of a good sinus medicine that’s safe with breastfeeding?
