Cramping before embryo transfer and everyday since?

I’m 3 days past a 5 day fresh transfer and I’m starting to worry that this didn’t work. The cramps just last a few seconds and happen a few times a day

I’m having major cramping today and it’s freaking me out! How are you feeling? Are your boobs killing you? I know it’s all progesterone but I’m so nervous too. Have you had any bleeding? Yesterday I had the slightest bit of brown blood. Hope you’re feeling okay physically and mentally ❤️. This shits no joke 😂🤦🏻‍♀️.

I cramped a lot post transfer for about the whole two week wait. Some days more than others. RE said not to worry because it could be implantation so if I’m cramping to take it easy and follow instructions which was super hard. Stopped bending since that totally exacerbated the cramps. Good luck!!
