Caloric intake advice
Wondering what my daily intake should be. I’m currently at 140 and want to get down to 110. My motivation is mainly to feel better. My BMI wouldn’t classify me as “overweight”, but I feel uncomfortable. No time constraint, but I want to do this slow enough to be healthy and maintainable. Right now I’m thinking around 1200 per day with one day of 2000 per week to keep my metabolism going. Any thoughts?
