Cross posted. Anterior placenta movement question.

So I have an anterior placenta for the second time (😡😭) and with my first, I didn’t feel my son until 19w5d. I think I’ve been feeling little taps, but the only time I’m sure is when I lay with my hands on my belly and can feel this little boy from the outside and the inside. Anyone else?? Like does anyone else only know the feel baby when they feel them from the outside too? AP sucks 😩
