Okay so since baby has been born (5 months ago) everytime I take a shower I swear I can hear her cry ! It gives me so much anxiety I usually yell for my husband to ask if shes okay and 99% of the time she isnt crying or hasn't cried at all. I tried putting music on to maybe distract myself but makes it worse... I don't know what I can do to stop this from happening. I just want to take a relaxing shower for once 😔😔😭 does anyone else go thru this? Is it normal ? How can I stop it ?
