How do I know I’m doing it right???

So I recently found out I am pregnant, as much as me and my partner are excited, I’m so worried. How do I know what’s right/wrong throughout pregnancy. I had a miscarriage last year and all I want is for everything to go well x

The basics:
Take a prenatal daily
No alcohol/smoking/NSAIDs
Make appt with your OB or PCP
Avoid cold deli meats (unless cooked) and soft cheeses - risk of Listeria which can cause neonatal meningitis 
Avoid hot tubs 
Avoid eating a lot of fish with high mercury content
Avoid raw fish/meat unless from an extremely reputable source - bacteria risk again

Congratulations!!!! To add to R’s list. If you have a cat get someone else to change their litter. Drink lots of water. Limit caffeine intake to 200mg a day. And below is a list of pregnancy safe medications.
