Question?

Hannah • TTC#2-👧🏼👼🏼

Anyone else work in an environment where you stand around 12-14 hrs a day and walk around 5 miles? I work in an orthopedic office and I feel like my schedule is wearing me thin. I’m always exhausted, my joints hurt (ankles, knees, hips, wrists, hands, and elbows), now I’ve started tossing and turning at night unable to get comfortable, and I’m having definite muscle stretching pains that come on and off. I usually don’t complain, but the combination of everything is down right miserable. Anyone have any suggestions as to what can help ease these things? I’m guessing that all these things combined is just because I don’t really ever get to slow down, minus one that I know I can’t prevent which is the baby growing, I just feel like I’m run down.
