Constipation?

So I had a drs appointment yesterday and totally forgot to bring up that I’m constipated all the time. I just wanna know what I can take for it? Thanks

My OB has suggested fiber such as Metamucil or any stool softeners, just no laxatives

I drink Prune juice ! One cup a day and keeps me regular. If I don’t I won’t poop for 2-4 days till I get back on it!!

So I only have this mildly but drinking a glass of orange juice and eating a serving or so of dried apricots works for me if I'm feeling particularly stopped up. Drinking 80+ oz. of water and walking helps move things along.

I bought fiber and drink it every day. It helps me tons because I was always constipated before drinking it!

My doctor suggested colace. You can take up 1 up to 3 times daily if need. 
I had to start taking 2 a day.

Definitely no laxatives. Miralax is safe to use and works. I take a daily stool softener and I still have issues at 18wks+5. lol
