Could I be pregnant??

Hello Ladies.. So my Husband and I have been ttc for about 4 years now. This last year we went through an IVF cycle and 2 FET cycles.I was diagnosed with PCOS and my HCG showed I had blocked tubes but the doctor was able to push through the blockage with the dye. Both FETs were BPN. We decided to take a break in January and did some testing. We are due to start another FET in April but since Valentines Day we have just been having ALOT of fun and not thinking about it. On Feb 23rd I got a sharp pain in my right ovary area and had been lightly cramping since. 7 days later I started spotting. The next day it was gone. 4 days later a started spotting again. The next day it was gone. AF is due to show on Monday but who knows since I have PCOS. Could this be implantation bleeding? Should I take a hpt?
