Could I be pregnant?

My period ended Feb. 24, as you can see I’ve had sex throughout the weeks after. Then I ovulated March 4th. However I had a medium amount of spotting on the 3rd. The time I spotted and ovulated doesn’t match up. Could it be implantation bleeding from the weeks before or ovulation bleeding? I never bleed during ovulation and the timing doesn’t fit. The last time I bled during the middle of my cycle I think it’s was from a miscarriage. Ive been on birth control for almost 3 years. I’ve felt tired(drained), food doesn’t taste good, and I’ve been nauseous, bloated and sick to my stomach. What do y’all think?
