PLEASE HELP AM I PREGNANT?????!!!

for the first time i had sex and the condom broke. i took a plan b within 12 hours but i’m scared that i’m pregnant because i believe i was or close to ovulating at the time. i just bleed brown thin discharge, was that just because of the pill or was it implantation bleeding?!!! i’m really paranoid and scared please help me out !

Correct me if I’m wrong butt I think ellaone is the most efective pill on the market and can be taken very very close to the ovulation. (Did you already have ovulation symptoms? How was your cm?) However it is not easy to predict your ovulation. In this case it would be really difficult to tell because if you haven’t had it yet you’re on the safe side. If you have had it, it won’t work. I had a similar situation this month too. Our condom broke 3 days after my predicted ovulation and I took plan b. Although it probably was after the ovulation I didn’t want to risk it. I really really am hoping that we both are not pregnant.

Plan b will either make you bleed in three days or you won’t get a period for a month. I’ve had both happen (I have a stupid history with Plan B pills... like 10+ in the past 4 years🙄)   It’s really hard to tell after you’ve taken a pill. Just hang in there.

First, breathe. Second, the pill can cause you to bleed abnormally. And not everyone has implantation bleeding anyway, I didn’t. Plan b can be very effective if taken within 24 hours and you managed that. It’s purpose is to stop you from ovulating if you were going to. You’re just going to have to wait it out and see if you start your period. I have taken plan b once and I bled two times in one month and felt very strange so it can make you feel weird. If it gets time for your regular period and there’s no sign of it, test. But you did what you had to do. The time I took it I also took it because the condom broke and I did not get pregnant. Everyone is different but I hope this gave you some peace of mind.
