Should I be concerned

I see everyone on here posting about getting checked or knowing things I’ve never even heard of. When I go to the doctors they do the same thing every time weight blood pressure fundal height and heart beat, ask if I have any concerns if I’m experiencing headaches or blood or big gushes of fluid then send me on my way. I’m 37+3 I don’t know if I’m effaced, dilated, I never had a non stress test or w.e it’s called my last ultrasound sound was at 18weeks 🤔 how do you guys know so much about your babies ? All I know is he’s alive and head down
