Symptoms?? but no AF on IUD

I got a Kyleena put in early January. I was on bc pill before and never really had period cramps or anything major. I had a period in February and it was light and fine. I was supposed to start my period March 6. I haven’t started yet and I know that sometimes the IUD can cause irregularities or stop periods all together. But I’m having super bad cramps?? At least what I think are cramps (I’ve never really had them). I’m getting really nauseous and have diarrhea too. Is it normal to have these and no actual period or spotting???
