Sex the day before period is supposed to start

Glow says my period is supposed to start tomorrow, if I have sex tonight will I bleed or spot during it? I’m already feeling crampy and bloated but I’m seeing my bf for the first time in a while and don’t want to put off having sex. He’s said hes fine with it in the past, but I’m personally uncomfortable with it.
