Baby fell out of high chair

I was sooooo stupid. Didn't buckle her in because it was going to be quick and then got caught up cleaning something. I am sooooo sooooooooo sooooo mad and upset with myself. Just want to feel relateable. Feel like utter shit. Please let me know if your baby fell out of bed, a high chair, or anything similar.
