Baby sitting low

So I had a scan today, we were supposed to be able to hear the heartbeat on the Doppler but baby was too low. Dr also couldn’t get it on the abdominal scan and gave us all a scare before she found a perfect baby with the vaginal ultrasound. Heartbeat looked great and baby was moving around, I’m 11 weeks and 5 days today so I’m concerned baby is still hiding behind my pelvis. Doctor didn’t seem concerned but I wish I asked more questions. Has anyone else had a similar situation and baby turned out okay?
