Stretching or ??

First I don’t need any snarky or rude comments! If you’re gonna be that way just don’t comment please.

Yesterday I went to incredible pizza with my family and ended up jumping on the trampoline part for a little bit. Like MAYBE 5 -10 mins. A few hours later I was having cramps on and off. I went to bed fine and got up today and just wasn’t feeing good but wasn’t hurting. Throughout the day I’ve started cramping again with some weird pains. My cramps are really low down. I’m also using the bathroom a lot more this evening.

But yesterday when I woke up I had popped and baby was out way further than I have been. So idk if the pains are growing and stretching or if I should be a little concerned. Any advise? or do I just need to calm down.
