Need help

So I had a missed miscarriage on Saturday. my doctor had me get a D&C ever since then I have been bleeding and clotting but yesterday it stopped. Today I woke up and I was more wet than usual and then tonight I had a lot of stuff come out that looked like fertile cm. I took a pic 30 mins later it’s not as much as earlier but there was a little on the toilet paper

Earlier like I said there was a whole bunch more. Can anyone help
