My spouse & I have been trying to conceive. The last time we inseminated (in home) was Dec. 13th. She started her period on January 2nd (lasted 3-4 days), but hasn't had one since. She's always had irregular periods, cycles lasting up to 43 days max. Well now as of today shes on day 66. We took 3 home pregnancy tests & then went to the doctor & the got a blood test done.. all tests have came back negative. Our primary said that if she hasn't started in another 4weeks to make a follow up visit. Just any advice or feedback would be appreciated.

Also, I've read that there is two different types of blood test for pregnancies. One more accurate then the other. & That there is cases where blood tests have failed.
