Birth control while breastfeeding
I'm 4 weeks post partum and still haven't decided on which form of birth control I will be switching to when I see my doctor in a couple weeks.
I'm concerned that hormonal options may make weight gain and post partum symptoms worse, and would appreciate some advice from the mommas here.
