Evening Primerose Oil to help induce labor
I had my weekly checkup today & my OB let me know this was one of the safe methods to use to help soften/ripen cervix and possibly bring on labor.
I was wondering if any ladies have tried this..?
Did you take them orally, insert them vaginally, or both?
I’d love to hear your experiences!!
