Do any other single girls fear that you’ll never find the perfect guy for you? I really just want to find an amazing Christian guy but in this world they’re so hard to find. I told myself that I wasn’t going to date anyone else unless they showed Christ in how they acted but is that unrealistic?

Just because a guy is a Christian doesn’t mean he’s going to be someone you want to marry. There are so many pieces to the puzzle. I just broke up with my fiancé who I had met at church because while he was chasing after God and active in growing in Christ, he was terrible at communication, passive aggressive, a bit selfish & juvenile still, and didn’t respond respectfully when girls would flirt with him. No one is perfect, but you need to find someone whose flaws you are willing to work with.

It's not unrealistic. Never give up your convictions or standards. It may be a little harder to find, but if you want someone who follows Christ, I would wait. :)

You are not alone. I personally was blessed to find my man but most of my friends are still waiting for theirs. Keep your standards up. It is not unreasonable to only go with a man that shows Christ in his actions. Be careful not to be looking for perfection, just that he have the desire and drive to be like Christ. Perfect men don't exist just like perfect women don't. Still he has to be running the race set before him to the best of his abilities. Don't settle for any let than that. Keep your eyes on God and spend this time because the Woman he desires you to be and He will bring the man in His time.

Nope. I literally saw a cute guy in my class talking about being a youth leader in his youth church's band. That showed me how he really presents himself. The Christian guys exist-- but you have to be so lost in God for him to find you.
