How to have difficult conversations

So I see a lot of posts having a wide variety of issues that basically boil down to needing to have a difficult conversation and there's a very good reason they're called difficult. I know this video I'm about to recommend is a sales pitch and I didnt get the book or read it so I cant recommend it, but the video itself is on youtube and free and is just imo a great place to start prepping to have a difficult conversation. It's by Mayim Bialik and it's titled how to have difficult conversations. I hope it helps some of you have the courage to open those lines of communication.
