Why do I have the most inconsiderate bf.

Long story short. Out of nowhere a couple weeks ago I took in a new born baby to foster for my boyfriends nephew as the baby was taken by social services. She is on oxygen all the time and only having her two weeks a lot of stressful stuff has already happened I had to rush her in to the ER at midnight the 3rd night I had her cause her oxygen had failed and she was acting very lethargic. Second a few days later I fall sick with a upper respiratory infection so she had to be admitted to children’s hospital for 5 days until she was better cause she had gotten sick as well. My boyfriend isn’t helping me at all with the baby which is fine I don’t care I do think he could pitch in. But we also have a two year old son he helps a lot with and is a good dad. But the past week he has had his friend over who I know is a drug addict and last night my boyfriend told me he was going to a Subaru dealership for car parts and him and this friend were going to work on his car. Well hours later they still aren’t back home so I call and they are at a bar drinking. He brings me home a sandwich I had asked for hours before and then just turns around and tells me he is leaving. And they are going back to a bar. I thought this was pretty cruel considering I’m caring for a baby and my son and I’m exhausted and I’m also 3 months pregnant with our second. He didn’t come home too 5:30 this morning woke me up which I hadn’t slept anyways and brings his loser friend home to sleep on the couch. I see there is a wrist band on his friends wrist so I know they weren’t at the bar they were supposedly at they went to some kind of club. I don’t know if I’m over reacting. But I seriously can’t take him going out all the time and staying out all night and doing god knows what else. And he is a angry mean drunk on top of it all.
