anyone dealing with constipation due to prenatals?

I will be asking my doctor at my appointment on Thursday.

Iron in prenatals could cause constipation.  I chose one without iron and asked about taking a iron supplement  as well and I was told it's not really needed unless they see a deficiency,  which they did not.

I have to take the ones without iron for that reason.

Constipation can also be from the hormonal increase of progesterone that your body’s creating for your baby to grow. Drink lots of water and include more fiber, like salads, in your diet. Hope this helps 😘
