Cramps after exercise that won’t go away
I’m 14 weeks pregnant, and about a week ago when I got to the second trimester I got all my energy back, so I started into a light exercise routine.
I found a second/third semester prenatal workout and did it 5 days in a row (yesterday being day 5). Mid workout, I got a cramp so bad in my lower left abdomen that I had to stop. It felt like muscle cramps mixed with period cramps mixed with constipation.
Whenever I move, it comes back. It’s not intolerable but it’s there. It feels like I pulled a muscle in my lower abdomen.
I won’t be exercising until it goes away and I’m going to call my doctor on Monday morning, but has anyone experienced this? Did I most likely just pull a muscle?
