Could our 10 week old be teething?

Our kiddo has generally been a very happy baby.

A couple days ago, he started producing a TON of drool. Yesterday and today, he’s been beyond fussy during the day with no explanation. He can usually be soothed by feeding, but he didn’t even want anything to do with that.

At night, it’s even worse. He’s waking up fussier and having a harder time going down.

Could it possibly be teething already? He’s constantly sticking his fingers in his mouth and chewing on them, but I didn’t think anything of that until now.
